Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within the 24 hours of purchase of the service, with a valid reason (documented). In such cases where customer has a valid reason which confirms that there is any error in the service, or expectations are not met, customer will be entitled for a refund of 50% of the total amount he/she has paid for the service. The refund process will take 30 to 60 days time from the date of request. The situtation in which customer has no documented or valid reason will receive no refund whatsoever.
